Although the hubby and I have been doing T25 ( I will blog about this later ) I still struggle on off days trying to find a simple at home workout that I can do in 25-30 minutes. I'm not a 1-1.5 hour workout kinda girl! I like intense, short and sweet ! Not only is my attention span bad to focus on 60 minutes or more of a tortuous workout video but it's also hard to find 60 or more minutes of TIME ( non interrupted time ) to do it. I have a few workouts I have found that I keep for when I need them. They are short and kick your butt. These are my no excuse workouts! All you need is your body and 20-30 minutes!
These first 2 workouts are full body and mostly cardio. You can do the 5 minute abs workout ( see below) after either of these workouts.
Repeat the Circuit Workout 2 times or 3 times if your advanced. The Chair Pilates workout can be done after any full body workouts or repeated 2-3 times for a workout on its own.
